AI Automation for Multi-Location & Franchise Operators

We pilot all 8 revenue systems at your first location, prove they work, then roll the verified build out to every shop — each with its own branding and texting registration, all running one standard. No DIY weekends. No half-finished implementations. No big-bang launch across ten locations.

The big-operator version of the leak

You already know what happens at one shop. Here's what it looks like at scale.

The phone problem

Every location answers differently

Location A texts back missed calls in two minutes. Location B never does. Nobody can see the difference until you audit it — and nobody has time to audit it.

The rollout problem

"We tried that at one shop once"

Every operations director has a tools folder of half-implemented software. Not because the tools are bad — because nobody finished the implementation, trained the office team, and checked it was still running 90 days later.

The consistency problem

Your brand is only as good as the worst location

A 4.8-star shop and a 3.9-star shop under the same logo. Different follow-up, different review ask, different customer experience — and one owner who can't be in eight places at once.

The math, illustrated

Small leaks × many locations

Illustrative example only: suppose a location misses 20 bookable calls a week at a $450 average ticket. If half of those would have booked, that's roughly $4,500/week of potential revenue per location not reaching a human. Multiply that by your location count, using your own missed-call numbers and your own average ticket — the worksheet method from our Starter Pack, at your scale.

How the rollout works

Pilot first, verify, then roll out. Never a big-bang launch.

Step 1 — Pilot the Install at location one — $2,997

We run the full Done-For-You AI Install at your first location: all 8 systems built inside that shop's tools, tested against written pass/fail scenarios, handed off with training. Same price, same guarantee — every system passes its test, or your money back.

Step 2 — Verify

You get the pilot verification report: what was tested, what passed, and the system-to-tool map for your stack. Your team signs off before anything touches location two. If the pilot surfaces something your tools can't do, you find out at one location — not ten.

Step 3 — Roll out to every location — $1,497 each

The verified build deploys to the rest of your locations in stages. Each location gets its own branding and its own business-texting registration. Your ops team gets the master deployment playbook — the repeatable rollout doc — so location eleven is as clean as location two.

Pay in full, or split it: half at kickoff, half at handoff. The Care Plan ($297/month per location, cancel anytime) keeps us monitoring, fixing, and tuning every shop's systems after rollout.

What the rollout includes

The honest delivery notes

Questions, answered honestly

"How is this different from the $27 pack?"

The $27 Starter Pack is the DIY version: the full playbook, scripts, and setup guides for a team that implements it themselves. The Multi-Location Rollout is the done-for-you version at company scale: we pilot all 8 systems at your first location, verify they work, then roll the proven build out to every shop with training. The pack is the proof we know what we're doing — many operators buy it first to evaluate.

"Which tools do you work with?"

Primarily GoHighLevel, Jobber, and Housecall Pro — that's what most of our systems are built around — but we'll work with your existing tools if they can do the job. If a system genuinely can't run in your tools, we say so during the application review instead of forcing it.

"What does it cost?"

$2,997 one-time for the pilot install at your first location, plus $1,497 per additional location. The Care Plan — monthly monitoring, break-fix, and tuning of every location's systems — is $297/month per location, cancel anytime. Pay in full, or split it: half at kickoff, half at handoff.

"How long does a rollout take?"

It runs in stages, not all at once: we pilot at your first location, verify every system passes its tests, then roll out to the rest in stages. The pilot phase sets the pace — we'd rather find the edge cases at your pilot than your tenth shop. A proper rollout takes weeks per stage, because rushing is how systems break.

"Do we have to start with all locations at once?"

No — that's the whole point of the pilot. One location goes first, we prove the build works in your actual tools with your actual team, and only then does it roll out. If the pilot surfaces something your stack can't do, you find out at one location, not ten.

"What about compliance across dozens of phone numbers?"

Each location's number needs its own proper 10DLC business-texting registration — there's no shortcut, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. The rollout includes the registration walkthrough and a per-location compliance checklist (opt-out language, quiet hours, consent lines). Your legal counsel makes the final call; we provide the compliance-aware process.

"Do you replace our CRM or our staff?"

No. We build automations inside the tools you already pay for, and we train your people to run them. We don't manage your ad spend, buy leads, or staff your office. The goal is systems your team runs without us.

"We're a franchise. Can this work for franchisees?"

Yes — that's exactly what the rollout is built for. The franchisor gets the master deployment playbook and the pilot-verified build; each franchisee gets the same tested deployment with their own branding and their own 10DLC registration. It also doubles as a recruiting asset: "here's the operating system you're buying into."

"What do you need from us to start?"

An application (a call is optional, not required), temporary admin access to the tools we're building in, one person on your side who can answer questions and approve copy, and reasonably clean CRM data (we'll tell you if yours needs work before we start). For rollouts: a pilot location willing to be first.
